At CoreRegenerative.com, we are committed to fast and reliable shipping, as well as a clear and fair return policy. This document explains our shipping processes, delivery times, fees, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling)

We process most orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders received after 3 PM EST or during national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS or equivalent).
  • Delivery times may vary based on location.
  • Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Orders placed by 3 PM EST are shipped the same day; orders placed after 3 PM EST or during holidays are shipped the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers are not refundable.

4. Carrier Delays

  • We do not offer expedited or emergency shipping.
  • Shipping delays due to the carrier are not refundable.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 20-day return and refund policy on eligible orders.

✅ Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: Full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: Full refund or replacement at your request.
  3. Pre-approved Exchanges: If an exchange is authorized but the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  4. Slightly Used Products (in Good Condition): Items that have been opened but remain in good condition may be returned within 20 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  1. Change of mind
  2. Products no longer needed
  3. Ordering errors (wrong product type, quantity, or specifications)
  4. Customer mistakes (wrong shipping address, duplicate orders)

6. Return Process

  • Contact [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your product.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photos for damaged or slightly used items.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of product condition.

7. Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  • Orders can be canceled before processing for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after processing or label creation may incur a $25 restocking fee.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, a 25% restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please double-check your shipping address and ensure availability to receive your package to avoid these fees.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, except for defective or incorrect items sent by Core Regenerative.

9. Additional Notes

  • Policy is valid 20 days from delivery date.
  • Keep original packaging and all accompanying materials to ensure smooth return or exchange.
  • Items that are excessively worn, damaged, or missing components will not be accepted.
